RMA's must be submitted for any customer returns. Complete the information below
to request an Order RMA. Returns that do not have an authorized RMA will be refused.
All returned merchandise must be in new, resellable condition with exceptions of
defects and must be returned freight paid.
Return Merchandise Authorization Request
All Fields Are Required
All returns must be recieved within 30 days of purchase date and will incur a 20%
restocking fee. Damages must be noted on the freight bill in order for you to make
claims regarding damaged products. If you sign for the product(s) and do not note
damages, we will be unable to file for a claim for damages. Once you sign for the
product, you become the legal owner and PoolSpaSource.com will no longer be liable
for any problems arising from your shipment. Should you make notes on the freight
bill regarding damages, be sure the delivery driver signs the same copy and retain
a copy of this freight bill for your records.
Shipments that are delivered common carrier are to be unloaded by the receiver.
We are not responsible for additional charges that may be incurred due to liftgate
or special delivery requests.

- Slides
- Books
We are not responsible for any costs or liability which are incurred as the result
of improper use or installation. You agree to have all parts and equipment installed
by a licensed pool or spa professional and release PoolSpaSource.com and all related
companies harmless from any liability with regard to any and all products sold on
our site.
